I am relatively new to the carnival scene,.. and was interested to find out about what goes on at the Florida Tampa Bay Carnival. Is it worth going to? Is it an exciting event or,...is it not worth the trip.

i havent been and it will be the first carnival event I have been to before I make it to the T and T Carnival in 2010. Any information on what its like would be helpful.
