Fri Oct 24th - 45 min spin class followed by 1 hour speed shopping. These 2 hour lunch break just not enough.

oh, it rocks! it's taught by a black lady who teaches african dance so she incorporates aspects of dance into the class. we use light & moderate dumbells along with a weight bar & yoga mat. it's a total-body workout. she targets all major muscle groups and focuses on the core as well. it's cool. Very Happy

Oct. 29- 60minute spin class... lawd that class was BOSS!!!

Or your core back muscles. You can do a move my instructor called the superman. You lie on your stomach and lift your right arm and left leg. Hold for a few seconds, then lower. Then life the opposite arm and leg and lower. That's one rep.

There was also machine in my old gym that worked the back muscles. It's hard to describe but it was a slanted thing that you leaned on, stomach first. It was cut at about your waist so that you bent from the waist and it straightening back up, you were working your back muscles. If you leaned on it, side first, you could straighten up and work the obliques. The links I'm sending have videos.
