Not bad at all. Still not feeling that dragon headpiece, but I'm glad that some designers realise that some women still like some beading on their waist-pieces. Not everyone likes the super-skimpy mas...

Not really wow'd. Some of the colors were vibrant and convincing of the Asian culture but others like the pink and purple sections were 'kinda weak' and weren't strinking to me. Also, I am not a fan of bra tops with the double string sides as opposed to a full side. Most of their bra tops have that double string straps which I find less comfortable and less supportive. Maybe they will have options for masqueraders. Here's an example....

I agree with Black Cherry. Some of the costumes are pretty but not striking. I also find that I don't see much connection with the theme in the costumes, except for the asian parasols or the costume with the dragon headpiece. I also don't like when a band makes the majority of its male costumes the same. Each male costume was an asymmetrical shoulder-like shield and pointed hat idea.

The dragon costume is the most creative and well executed of the bunch. Some of the shoulder pieces are also creative but I am not wowed. I expected more becuase they had a trail and error run with this theme last year with Sesame Flyers, so they should have came correct.

I totally didn't realise that was the theme. Everyone's right. The costumes are quite nice, but have nothing to do with the dragon theme. It's a shame that the only costume that has anything to do with dragons, is also the only costume I really do not like.

I definitely have a problem!

I thought some of the costume were nice, and other could have been better. But once they are all together on the road i think they will look good. lets hope for the best.

Don't really like their costumes this year

not really feeling these costumes. i feel like they've done this same type of costume (in one way or the other) before and frankly... i don't see how any of them (except the one with the dragon headpiece) have anything to do with the whole theme. i was expecting so much more considering i've been hearing thme advertising this launch since quite August...

Some of these costumes look very circa 2000...not up to date at all.

I think this 2009 presentation is a step back from his presentation of 2008 where he used much nicer materials.

This blue section looks just like the red section Fireworks which looks like my costume the year I played mas with Poison (Medusa) in early 2000 and something.
