to be fit or not to be

I am so lazy and can't stand to exercise. I know I should but Once I feel the hot sun on me I don't care anymore. The fetes and Parade alone is enough exercise for me.

Girl, I feel the same way. I started cutting portions in half by sharing food with my co-worker and I lost a lot of weight.

I feel the same way. Every time I set myself up to do it, I end up giving up on my "workout plan".

me thinks I have it wrong .. i bought my cross-trainers yesterday too .. but dem in de bag til Carnival

I guess another word is elliptical trainer. I used to use them at the gym all the time and they're meant to be really good. Hopefully I should have it by the weekend. Yay!

i hate the gym (i must be tricked into exercise, the gym too boring). my strategy is generally to diet my way toward xmas and then spend xmas and all-inclusive season eating and feteing. feteing is incredible exercise, good cardio and excellent stamina building, especially if you do it in heels. my true secret: i rarely drink. ALCOHOL BLOAT IS REAL PPL!

Cross-trainer arrived in the mail today. Trying to assemble it now, with no effing instructions. Steups!

No instructions? That's stupid to send it without them! Try the company's website. Usually some companies put a PDF version online.

Done that. No joy. Just been doing it from the picture on the website, and not doing a bad job at it either. I'm down to the last thing, but I think this final screw is too small.

Just want to get it plugged in and working!!

I got inspired by Mac Farlane's trek to Africa this weekend.

So I packed my brand new never used sneakers and I hope to go walking this afternoon while I wait for the traffic to cool down.
