Afro Chic, the feathers are burnt coque feathers. Manufactures heat up regular coque feathers and that is how it ends up looking.

I like the black and white one as well as the showgirl costumes.

there's also a baby blue thing with silver boy shorts that i find cute.

Did anyone else realize that this only have on a bra and panty? The entire costume is actually airbrush. Who the hell is going to sit there and allow someone to airbrush an entire costume onto them carnival tuesday?

Plus doesnt the airbrush rub off after a few minutes?

I wonder how they are charging for this costume?

the real question is... what in the blue hell was the designer thinking when they came up with this mess??? Shocked

i swear, they try to "think outside the box" so much that they end up making costumes that look like they need to be LOCKED away in a box.
