Carnival Dreams...

No Carnival dreams in a while. I take this as a good sign!

had another one last night. Once again I forgot stuff in London and went home UNPREPARED.

Then in my dream I realised I was dreaming (well I just told myself it was a dream) and I felt alot better

Tuesday I dreamt I went to pick up my costume and 'de man' told me my name is not on the list. I tried to show him my e-mail confirmation and paid receipt and he wouldn't hear me out. Same time my alarm goes off. I put it on snooze so I can finish my dream. I wasn't leaving without my costume! Unfortunately my dream didn't have a sequence. No part II. After 3 failed snooze attempts, no dream continuation and no resolution I ended up waking up late and reaching to work even later. Ah still panicking.

I had another one last night!

Collected my costume and it looked NOTHING like the prototype. So I had to go and cuss up TRIBE, but for some reason, I couldn't actually get there. In addition, for some reason I'd only picked it up on Carnival Tuesday morning. Eh??? Then I coudln't find my boots and when I found them, they hadn't been decorated. Then I couldn't find my camera, bag or shades.

It all came to a head when I heard the band passing by my house and missed them.

Then I woke up. Phew!!

I had been working out extra hard for months. It was time for us to head to Trinidad. When we arrive, my sister and I go to collect our costumes...they were beautiful! We go to our house and I try mine on..... oh no ----- looked messy.

Then my alarm goes off, I dare not hit snooze!

That was scary.
Thank GOD it was only a dream.

Well, I dreamt all night that it was DRY in T'dad for Carnival - so dry that the hills were brown - Lord, let's hope it starts to dry up soon.

Had another dream the other night, but this time about my tights. Dreamt they were completely the wrong shade, all light and shimmery and of course I looked ridiculous! Sigh!

I might end up having a nervous breakdown before Carnival Monday, at this rate.

My sister is going to get them at either Micles or Samaroo's. I wore them from Micles last year (which are apparently the same as Samaroo's) and they were fine. I don't remember getting any runs or holes or anything!

hmm, I going to end up in a mess scrambling for tights because I dunno what shade to tell my mom to get as I'll need to go myself and check against my skin. I was hoping you would say you know somewhere to get them here!

mjsbunny are you getting more than 2 pairs Since they are so durable.

The weather has been in the 60's here in MD which is not normal for January and it is quite freaky. So last night I dreamed that Next week Tuesday was a big snow storm and I was trying to get to the airport scared that my flight would be canceled and I would miss my Carnival. I woke up in a panic and instantly checked the weather for the next 7 days. It looks like temperatures are dropping again but I am praying NO SNOW!!!!

It's waayyyy too early to start this but I dreamt meh band costumes sold out again (in 15 minutes) for 2010. But this time I didn't register or had a hook up! Even worse the costumes were all the same from 2k9. This was shortly after I read the post about the TLC card this morning and dozed off on my bus ride into work this morning. Please stop the fighting. You all giving me nightmares.

Ok so last night I had a dream that I was getting kicked out of my hotel room and my costume was all messed up. I had sky blue bikini bottoms and a bright green costume that I wore in Island Events in 2005. It was crazy and I never reached the band.
The madness has begun

got into TnT carnival Sunday for whatever reason, and had to run straight and pick up my costume.
