| Just curious how others are keeping in shape and preparing physically for Carnival (or just in general). It would be nice to share your daily workout log and any tips you may have. You can gage your personal regime with others. Whether you walk, run, spin or do aerobic classes. Let's keep each other motivated and looking hot for 2K9! Oct 08, 2008 Today I did a 45 spinning class followed by 30 mins on the elliptical trainer. Tip - drink 5-7 every 20 i.e. 5-7 oz water every 20 mins. | |

| my plan, and it works, is to get to your goal fitness BEFORE xmas and all-inclusive season take yuh in the orgy of food. diet, exercise, make sure yuh do it all BEFORE xmas. then, fete til carnival, feteing is REAL exercise and good for building stamina and getting yuh cardio in. | |

| this is a good thread. let's see... yesterday, 15 minutes on the elliptical and then a 45 minute spin class. Black Cherry, yuh sure we weren't in the same class? today... 30 minutes on the stair master & 30 minutes on the elliptical. then crunches for about 10minutes. | |

| It would also help if I could bolt in the left pedal, but that bolt seems to be too big and won't go in. So until they send me the new one in the post (which I should get by tomorrow), I'm quite content to sit here drinking mulled wine and eating pretzels.
