| you know, the shitty thing is that I still have so much fat on my stomach to lose And I started my fittness regime and diet since July! Everywhere else losing fat but my big stomach. Now I think I look worse because everywhere else get smaller so I look so out of proportion! Just a couple more months, hopefully my belly decides catch up a little. If not I'll put one of those 'baby inside' stickers and fake a preggers. LOL Just kidding! | |

| don't know the names of all but this is what i've been doing:
Crunches on the swiss ball
Lie on back and lift straight legs up together - when at 90 degrees lift bum and drop then legs back down but not to touch ground - it actually hurts more on the way down because you have to control you legs from just falling down
Russian Twists with my legs off the floor with a medicine ball
Crunches with arms extended behind my head with a medecine ball in my hands. Arms with ball go forward and reach up past my knees
Lie on back with very small swiss ball under my legs, knees bent - got to lift the swiss ball up and bum off the ground
Scissor Kicks
Don't do all together but combinations of these. There may be others but those are what I can remember off the top of my head. What type do you do?
Oh, also all of my weight training is free weights which apparently gets your core working more to keep you balanced. If I do something like upper body exercises etc I'm usually on the swiss ball and using my abs to keep me balanced

| yup, have changed the diet so that I only have 15% of my intake as fat. Having mostly protein and then carbs (low GI if possible). No alcohol, no snacks except for one snack a week - got to have that or I'd end up on a snack binge. Fat tummys run in our family yes, my mom is tiny and she is trying so hard to get rid of hers. But mine is rediculous! Hopefully it will start to go with the rest of it all I not going gym tomorrow - got the flu Will probably take the dog for a very long walk/run instead. I think fresh air better for the flu than stinky sweaty gyms. | |
