| Thur Dec 11th - 1 hr weight training w/PT. Mysti77 I'm right there w/you. My trainer upped the weights too and added some cardio burnouts in between. Actually got close to feeling nauseated. I guess that's what I get for reminding him of my goals! | |

| well this could only happen to blasted me, whilst doing some leg weights with my trainer on the third set he went heavier to give me that extra push, whilst attempting to push up these weights I told the man I feel I can't lift this one, he said try harder you can do it! so with me forcing to push up these weights I felt like something pop! long story short I'm walking funny and I have a doctors appointment in the morning to find out what the hell happened, so there goes my bloody work out regime, I hope it's nothing serious because I am loving the results, oh well what yuh gonna do! stttueeppsssssssssss. | |

Oh no, Sorry to hear I am always worried I hurt myself and then have a setback but my trainer and I are so honest with each other, if he sees me truly struggling he'll not force me because he knows if I find it too easy I'll tell him I can do more. | |

| I have 5 pounds to lose still before my initial goal and 10 if I really want to be to my ideal weight. The trouble is that I think even if I lose that weight in pounds I still have too much fat to get off my tummy, hopefully it will get there by February. At least the way I see it is that even if my body is not perfect, it's not way as bad as it was in July and I'm also way fitter so I won't burn out come Carnival Monday and Tuesday (And wining down and coming back up will be a breeze!) - Black Cherry wrote:

| 2hrs with Fit TV (including commercials) 1/2 hr .. Shimmy .. belly-dancing .. i need to work on my co-ordination 1/2 hr...Body in Motion ...aerobics ... pretty good 1hr.. Afro Latin Dance .... good stuff .... the African parts were kinda hoochie tho | |
