Seriously, listen to your body. Aches are normal after a hiatus but be careful so as to avoid injuries. If it's your third week I would think you shouldn't still be experiencing pain unless you are engaging in exercises that target new muscle groups. Don't give up though...only 8 weeks to go. By the way, I do this every day and there are times when I change up my routine and I get "achy" but I can tell the difference between beign achy and real pain. Good Luck! | |

| Dec 24th & 25 - 65 mins elliptical Dec 26th - 80 mins cardio & 1 hr weight training...burning off the drinks...and the food (ham, goat, pork, chicken....cheesecake, sweetbread.....did i mention drinks?)
